Tiny structures & weekend workshops
9 years off the clockRomanianEnglishHungarian
Eli builds small structures and teaches weekend cohorts how to do a version of it without a warehouse. He is the mentor if your ‘quit’ fantasy involves timber, permits, and a body that still has to work on Monday.

How they got off the 9-to-5
Night classes in carpentry while still on studio contracts, a first paid shed for a neighbor, then a winter of workshops that out-earned the studio. He still takes the odd animation freelance so December is not a cliff.
