Unclocked is a catalog of livelihoods, a small market, and mentor consultations. This policy explains what we collect when you browse, sign in, save ideas, or pay.
What we collect
- Google sign-in. If you continue with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and a stable Google account id after you consent. We use that to create or open your Unclocked profile. We do not receive your Google password.
- Phone and SMS. If you sign in with a text message, Twilio sends a one-time code to the number you enter. We store that number in international (E.164) form with your Unclocked profile. We do not receive the contents of other texts on your phone.
- Email and password. If you create an account on Unclocked, we store your email, display name, and a hashed password.
- Saved ideas. Bookmarks are stored in this browser and, after you sign in, with your account.
- Orders and consultations. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the card and billing details you enter at checkout. We keep order and booking records (items, amounts, status, contact details you provide) so we can fulfill them.
How we use it
We use this information to run your account, show your collection, complete purchases and mentor sessions, and contact you about an order or booking. We do not sell personal information. We do not use Google data for advertising.
Who else sees it
Google (sign-in), Twilio (SMS codes), Stripe (payments), and our hosting provider (Vercel) process data as needed to provide those services. We do not share your Google profile with other visitors.
Retention and your choices
You can sign out at any time from My Profile. To correct your display name, use the Account tab. To disconnect Google, or to ask us to delete your Unclocked account and saved collection, email hxyan.2015@gmail.com. You can also revoke Unclocked’s access in your Google Account permissions.
Cookies
We use a signed session cookie after you log in, plus a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in. Language and currency preferences are stored in cookies. Collection and cart data may also be stored in this browser.
