Sit with someone who already left a salaried clock and built a craft that pays. Read how they did it, pick a day on the calendar, and leave with a plan you can run this month — not a motivational speech.
These are composite teaching profiles drawn from public livelihood patterns. They are not celebrity bookings and not a promise that any named public figure takes Unclocked calls.

Mira Chen
Cottage kitchen & rural media
Mira left a salaried product role after watching her weekends disappear into launches that never felt like hers. She now runs a licensed cottage kitchen and a small food-and-craft channel from a village courtyard — teaching people how to turn a household skill into a shop that still leaves daylight for a life.

Jonas Hale
Seasonal guiding & winter making
Jonas stacked trail seasons and winter carpentry until the spreadsheet job looked optional. He helps people design a year with two or three paying seasons instead of one exhausted identity — including the unglamorous parts: insurance, shoulder months, and a vehicle that is a tool, not a personality.

Amina Diallo
Care co-ops & community practice
Amina organizes sliding-scale doula and elder-care circles. She is the mentor for people who want out of institutions without abandoning the work of care — how to price, how to not burn out, and how to stay legal in two countries.

Rafael Soto
Night markets & small food lines
Rafael walked out of hotel hours and into a masa-and-market operation that fits in a pickup. He coaches cooks who can already make the food but freeze at permits, cost, and the second stall.

Priya Nair
Independent research & tutoring
Priya sells research retainers and language hours instead of slide decks for a firm. She is blunt about rates, Indian tax, and the difference between ‘freelance’ and ‘still checking Slack at midnight for a partner.’

Eli Kovács
Tiny structures & weekend workshops
Eli builds small structures and teaches weekend cohorts how to do a version of it without a warehouse. He is the mentor if your ‘quit’ fantasy involves timber, permits, and a body that still has to work on Monday.
