What this actually is

This is coaching, not therapy. You run a structured program for caregivers coming back to paid work: intake, homework, and a defined finish. You get paid about $120–$280 per session or as a package. You are not their lawyer or financial advisor unless you hold that license. A normal week is batched calls on two days, notes, and one public piece that proves your point of view. Start with people who already ask you for this, plus three paid pilots and a written list of what you refer out.

Zoom, a calendar, and a payment link. Preply / Superprof profiles are free. A headset is $0–50. First student commonly 1–4 weeks (Preply).

How to do it

1. 1Write a one-page scope: who it is for, what 'done' looks like, and what you will refer out.
2. 2Run three paid pilots at a lower rate in exchange for a case study.
3. 3Publish two free pieces that prove the point of view.
4. 4Use a simple contract, intake form, and cancellation policy.
5. 5Batch calls on two days so the rest of the week stays human.
6. 6After ten clients, productize: a cohort or a recorded lab.
7. 7Keep supervision or a peer circle; isolation makes coaches sloppy.
