You get paid $9–$25 per download. Finding buyers is the hard part, not the checkout button. After launch, a normal week is answering support, posting a short tutorial, and shipping a small revision. This is not passive on day one. It gets quieter after the tenth revision and a screenshot that makes the file obvious.
