This is paid work. You install trailer hitches as a Saturday specialty. Neighbors and shops pay a visit fee or a posted job price. Write the offer in one sentence a stranger would understand. A normal week is making or serving, photographing the work honestly, and a booking or preorder habit. Document costs. Price for your hours. Use public examples in this catalog as orientation, not a script.
Etsy listing fee is $0.20. First materials for 20 units is the real min — typically $30–250, not a booth build-out (Etsy Seller Handbook). First sale often 1–6 weeks once listings are live.
Each required material has a matching shop listing — photo, price, and a way to add it to the cart.
Core tools
Hand-tool starter kit
Hand-tool starter kit. A tote of the first hand tools a one-person trade actually uses: drivers, knives, tape, and a small hammer. Not a contractor van build-out.
A way to get paid
Payment link kit
Stripe/PayPal setup notes and a payment-link template so a customer can pay without emailing for a price. Not a merchant account by itself.
A simple public page or stall
Stall cloth and one-page kit
A stall cloth, a QR stand, and a one-page site template so a walk-up customer can find you again. Cloth ships; the page is a download.
The exact public page this idea was drawn from — not a hashtag, search result, or generic tag.
Public examples matched to this path by what they actually publish — not endorsements, and not a claim they run this exact shop. Handles change. Verify before you write to anyone.
No closely matched public example yet. Treat any lead you find as something to verify, not a directory listing.
